Hi,
Can your tell me if there is an IC that quickly switches LED's on and off to save battery power?

I'm trying to give the appearance that I have 6 LEDs constantly lit, but to actually
do that I would need a 12V battery (figuring 2V per led). I can only use 2 AAA batteries (1.5V each). Any ideas?

Thanks for your help,
Ray Poppert
