We are looking for Microelectronics Design Engineers with two plus years of experience with miniaturized high speed digtal and RF interconnect using microelectronic technology and related multi-physics EDA tools.

Responsibilities for these positions include design and analyze complex electrical interconnect for high speed/frequency single and multi-chip packaging approaches; develops and applies advanced hardware/systems methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced microelectronic systems problems; plans, conducts, technically directs and evaluates projects or major
phases of significant projects, coordinating the efforts of engineers and technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects; conducts investigations and tests of considerable complexity.

Qualifications for these positions include applicable microelectronic design engineering experience with miniaturized high speed digtal and RF interconnect using microelectronic technology and related multi-physics EDA tools; ability to create and present system level design reviews to customers; complex electronic interconnect and
electromechanical design, Mathematical analysis and modelling, design documentation. Proposal and Patent submittal writing skills including customer presentations and reports.
