Hello Haas. I don't directly know the answer to your question but I have an idea for you. There is a boat builder in Canada that builds expensive boats[1 million +] that uses a product called "ECK". It has about 20 years of zinc that acts as a sacrificial metal. "ECK" is applied between anything that is assembled and provides corrosion protection with what I call the corrosion triangle--1 it prevents moisture from getting into unwanted areas 2 it isolates dissimilar metals that usually promotes corrosion[I believe that even steel to steel can be dissimilar] 3 it has about 20 years worth of zinc in it that will sacrifice it's self keeping your boat corrosion free.
