Very interesting project. Because of the underwater lighting you need sacrificial anodes. The placement of the anodes should be near the lighls whenever possible. The spacing and amount of anodes I have no recommendation on without seeing the project. If you can isolate any of the dissimilal metals that are bolted or fastened together you should. That can be accomplished in many ways including the ECK product found at vannay.com I really believe that most of your corrosion that you see is comming from the current/lighting.Perhaps someone else might have a recommendation regarding quantity and placement of anodes.
