1) Check the MPIF buyer's guide for MIM equipment and some technical information on MIM. Since MIM is small volume compared to PM and other metal processes, there has not been any textbooks written on the subject. At the MPIF Technical Conference, PM2TEC, there are usually 10 to 15 papers published each year on MIM. In addition, check the FloMet website, www.flomet.com. There is a technical informaton on MIM at this website. ASM has some reference books that mention MIM, http://www.asm-intl.org.
