New of C-block or D-block laser diodes.

Many manufacturers which have been engineered of C-block laser diodes with standard TO-3 package also ensure only up to 2 Watts optical power.
I offer to make a small modification of C-block or D-block construction (or open heat sink), that allows to improve some main parameters such as:
· Increase and stability of CW optical output power.
· Convenience and simplification of the C-block arrangement inside TO-3, HHL and other packages, that facilitates arrangement of the C-block as at horizontal and vertical arranging of the laser chip.
· Simplification of assembly of optics and fibers.
New C-block with has been developed as a compact one of using a laser diode for various applications.
In many packages: TO-3, HHL, Industry-standard 14-pin Butterfly and other packages possible to use new C-block laser diodes.

It is a new solution of a construction of high-quality the C-block or D-block for many manufacturers of lasers, as Boston Laser Inc., Semiconductor Laser International, SDL, SONY, Coherent, High Power Devices, Optopower, Mitsui Chemical (Japan), E-O National Co. Ltd. (Mainland China), Alfalight, Inc. and other.
