We have a 150 KVP Magnaflux portable x-ray system designed to run at 150 KVP (max) @ 7.9 mA (max). The prior owner stored the system in a damp location for so long that the hrdroscopic Be window developed a vacuum leak. The tube is now vented arcing over at 29 KV. Does anyone know where I may find a replacement for this tube? I will be sending it to a lab for an estimate on a rebuild job but that may cost more than the whole system is worth.
It is a water cooled, grounded W anode, metal-ceramic, 1.5mm focus tube with Be window. I have a digital photo of it with carefully measured dimensions drawn onto the picture if you think you can help.
Thx. Joe Sitter.
