i am in the process of my second career change. i spent 20 years as an electronics tech in the USN. after retirement i went to work for Ericsson as a computer network support engineer setting up frame relay, isdn, remote access, ect...
after 5 years with ericsson my division was downsized.

i am now considering a career in diagnostic imaging, beginning with X-RAY and eventually moving into MRI and CT.

there are two schools that i have found that offer X-RAY maintenance courses; RSTI and DITEC which are both located in Solon, Ohio.

what is the job market for X-RAY maintenance technicians?

any input in ref to job market, RSTI and DITEC, or any other that you may feel relevant will be welcome.

thanks all!
