Re: X-Ray Fluorescent Screens, Accessories.
Sorry to repeat, I didn't mean to post as a follow up.

I just recently aquired an old general electric model D-4 x-ray machine (in working condition!). Just wondering if there are collectors of this equipment out there that could tell me more about it. I believe it is from the mid 30's (the previous owner said 1934). I really like the looks of it and might just display it here at the house. It is safe as long as I don't turn it on, correct?

My roomate's into photography and is curious to find safe ways of try'n it out. I hid the power cord just incase.... What saftey precautions should be taken before turning it on?

Thanks in advance,
Jeff
