Does anyone know what could be the possible causes of electrical contact erosion? We are currently drilling holes in turbine blades with multiple electrodes within one tool and the outer electrode contact often erodes to form a indentation in the contact. The clamping of the electrodes to the tool seem ok but i haven't completely written it off. Any thoughts?
