We are currently running several HMI stations using ABB OPC Server V.2 and the old CI526V1 PC-ISA CARD and the TC512 media converter (all for twisted pair AF100). We are planning some extensions including additional PC-Stations and I heard that there is a new board called CI527 that replaces the CI526/TC512 combo. I could not find more information other than it will also support segment length over 13000 meters. Does anybody have information like product guide or user manual in PDF about this CI527 card. And also any technical document describing this apparent new feature of the AF100 segment length beeing more then 1700 meters ?
