There are several materials available which can be used for long term exposure to UV (sunlight) and will also resist rain, etc. These materials are known as PVF, or polyvinylfluoride, a first cousin to PVC, or "vinyl". DuPont's tradename is Tedlar. These films can be used as an overlamination, and will filter out >99% of the UV hitting the label surface. You can contact me at the above email address for more information.
