Subject: Stress relieving pressure die castings

I am having trouble holding close tolerances(+/-0.007mm) on a turned casting. Have tried differant workholding devices and cuting tools but with no luck. It seems that the casting is moving after or during the machining process. Does anyone know if stress relieving would have any benifit. The material is LM24
