The austenitizing temperature should be at 845C followed by a marquench at around 180c. This is a molten potassium nitrate/sodium nitrite mixture. If you cannot use the quench salt, then use hot oil up to 170C. But first check with the oil company supplier if the oil is capable of going to this temperature.
