Yes, you can use the SMD-6000 to reflow the whole board. Do you have a reflow or preheat unit? You will need the reflow unit. It will function to 700f instead of 350f

You will want to use a thermal couple on the board to make sure you stay around eutectic or about 361f to 380f. This will keep the surface tension of the solder high.
