Is there a standard method for determining the strength of adhesion of water based metal linked acrylic polymer floor polishes to a wooded substrate? I've tried to develop glue tests where theoretically the glue would pull the polish from the wood after a certain amount of weight is applied but the only strong enough glue for this dissolved the polish. Alternatively is there glue that will not dissolve the polish but is strong enough on the market.
