What year is your car? If it is 1997 - 2002, you are covered under the 8 year unlimited mileage sludge policy for the repair of your engine. You just need to prove that you provided a reasonable level of maintenance (cited by some as 1 oil change per year).

www.nhtsa.gov - you may want to file a complaint with them.





There are yahoo and msn discussion groups on this topic as well but don't know address. There is also a petetion to Toyota floating about that you will see referenced on these sites. You may want to add your name to the long list.
