I have a 2002 Sienna minivan with 24,000 miles on it. It currently has engine gelling and I too have proof of five oil changes within this milage, three of which the dealer performed. The only reason why I stopped having the dealer change the oil is that the last time I took it in I sat in their waiting room with a three and one year old for almost three hours, "OH WHAT A FEELING" THAT WAS. The next time I needed an oil change I went to a 10 minute place. In addition, my brakes make a horrible sound that the dealer states is an annoyance and not a safty issue. At this time they don't know how to fix the problem, so they are telling me that I am out of luck. Therefore, our family has decided to do the only thing we can do, never buy another Toyota.
