I did the same. Same car, miles and time frame. My Toyota Sienna now sits in the garage with the parts all over the bench. New engine time. My wife drives the car but is good about getting the oil changes ~4k miles. Each time though the oil was low. It's only very recently (last month) we noticed any blue smoke, so we took it in for a check -- now we get to see what our Extended Warranty company and/or Toyota have to say about covering it.
