I agree with you. My car is only 3 years old. I, too, bought my car new and currently only have 64K miles. I have my oil changed every 3,000-4,000 miles and now I want to know why there is this
so called oil gel/sludge in my vehicle causing engine failure. The dealership stated that the oil wasnt getting to the bearing because of lack of oil in the car, yet there is currently plenty of oil
in the car and I inquired that the reason no oil getting to the bearing could be very well due to sludge build up.
I'm currently still pursuing matters in an amblicable way with the dealership before looking at legal ramifications.
After this, if the results aren't what I need, then a lawyer will probably be contacted.
