In regards to the problems you're describing with your Toyota 4Runner, it doesn't sound (to me) related to this problem. An oil/lubrication problem would not likely cause intermittent stalling, etc., but rather a hard engine failure. Your problems sound more like computer problems, fuel problems or most likely ignition components such as ditributor cap, rotor or plugs. But who am I? Not a mechanic.
