Oil leaks can be caused by many things. I will list them below:

Excess cranckase pressure
Wrong seal material
Improper seal installation
Wrong fluid for seal compatibility.
Many more

First:
I would check your crankcase first. If you loosen the oil fill cap with the car running (be careful - wear glasses, avoid fans and belts) and it jumps all over and rattles and wiggles. The engine needs ventilation. This your pcv system. It may need repair.

Second:
Make sure the seal and fluids meet Toyota standards.

Third:
You can only hope the technician installed the seals properly.
