I want to communicate a Pc running with Windows 98 SE and a cnc Bosch cc 100.

Nowadays I have a Pc running with MS-DOS connected through the rs-232 port to a rs232/current loop converter. This converter is connected to the cc 100. Communications parameters are: 9600 bps, data bits 7, stop bits 2, parity E and ack/nack. This configuration functions very well.

But when i change the pc running under DOS and I use a PC running with Windows 98SE, using the same communications parameters the system fails. The error message in the cc 100 indicates that data format is incorrect.

What's the matter!!??
